THURSDAY’S PREP ROUNDUP: Life Summit races past Rochester Hills Christian
CLARKSTON — Sterling Heights Life Summit built a 17-6 lead after the first quarter and never looked back in a 73-43 victory over Rochester Hills Christian Thursday in the first-round game of the Springfield Christian Eagles Cup in Clarkston.
George Vidosh finished with 19 points and Jeff Steger twined 13 points for Life Summit (2-0), which led 42-18 at the half and 59-28 through three quarters of play.
Aaron Berry scored 15 points for Rochester Hills (1-1). D.J. Szydlowski added 13 points and Nathan Simon contributed 10 points for the Eagles
