AUBURN HILLS — Behind a second-half goal from Dylan Smith, Auburn Hills Oakland Christian remained unbeaten on the young soccer season with a 1-0 victory over Division III Macomb Lutheran North.
Spencer Hodges drew the assists and Luke Combs recorded eight saves for the shutout for Oakland Christian (4-0-1).
TROY ATHENS 3 BIRMINGHAM SEAHOLM 0: Sunny Shettigar netted the hat trick for Troy Athens, which recorded its first win in the Todd Heugh era. T.J. Morton, Aaron Gebauer and Alex Serwatkahad assists and Brett Schmitz recorded the shutout in the win for Athens (1-2-0).
