PREP ROUNDUP: Oxford skates past Fraser; Rochester Hills mauls Lions

FRASER — Connor Novack lead the charge and Adam Pardonoff was the backstop in Oxford’s 7-5non-league boys hockey win Wednesday over host Fraser at the Fraser Ice Arena.

Novack led the scoring with one goal and three assists for Oxford. Pardonoff stopped 30 of 35 shots on net for the win.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

ROCHESTER HILLS CHRISTIAN 40, LAKE ORION BAPTIST 34: Rochester Hills Christian landed three players in double figures and held off the Lions in FBAC Red Division play.

Jenna Porter led the Eagles (4-2, 2-0) with 14 points, 13 rebounds, four blocks and four steals. Allise Dubay added 10 points, 10 rebounds and four steals and Ashley Parker notched eight points with nine rebounds and four blocks for Rochester Hills Christian.

Breanne Watterworth had 19 points for Lake Orion Baptist (2-2, 1-1).
