LAKE ORION — Mark Dewar and James Noruk were partners in crime Monday night and the Lake Orion Baptist stole the show.

The duo combined for all but 10 points in leading the Lions to a 66-52 Fundamental Baptist Athletic Conference Red Division victory.

Mark Dewar, a 6-foot-3 sophomore post player, scored a career-high 30 points to go along with a game-high 17 rebounds to pace the Lions. Noruk, a senior guard, collected 26 points and six rebounds for Lake Orion Baptist (4-3, 2-1).

Elijah Cone added four points and six rebounds for the Lions, who only had five players reached the scoring column.

Lake Orion Baptist led 21-6 after the first quarter and Faith Christian was never able to recover. The Lions led 35-24 at the half and used a 17-12 spurt in the third quarter to build a 52-36 advantage heading into the final frame.

Faith Christian landed four players in double figures.  Mike Bossner and Jacob Bellilli both scored 12 points, while Austin Ray and Steven Berlin scoffed 10 apiece for the Patriots.
