MONDAY’S GIRLS BASKETBALL ROUNDUP: Rochester Hills Christian rolls Springfield Christian

ROCHESTER HILLS — Behind another dominating effort, Rochester Hills Christian remained alone in first place Monday with a 58-17 Fundamental Baptist Athletic Conference Red Division victory over visiting Clarkston Springfield Christian.

Rochester Hills girls varsity Eagles beat Springfield Christian Academy Eagles in Rochester Hills by a score of 58-17.  Rochester is currently 4-0 in league play and 9-3 overall.

Rochester Hills Christian (9-3, 4-0) outscored the visitors in all four quarters and landed four players in double figures.

Freshman Ashley Parker led the Wolves with 15 points and 13 rebounds. Senior guard Allise Dubay added 12 points and six steals, sophomore forward Kindra Armitge chipped in with 11 points and four steals and Jenna Porter followed with 10 points and six rebounds for the Eagles.

Freshman Lauren Key scored seven and sophomore Savannah Berlinski followed with six points for Springfield Christian (1-8, 0-4).
