Eagles trip up defending MACS champion Davison Faith Baptist

ROCHESTER HILLS — Rochester Hills Christian moved to 16-3 overall and added another impressive win to its resume Saturday, topping defending Michigan Association of Christian Schools state champion, Davison Faith Baptist, 42-34.

The Eagles, already conference champions inside the FBAC Red Division at 8-0 for the second straight season, have not lost since beginning the season 3-3 in December.

Senior guard Allise DuBay scored a season- and career-high 23 points with seven rebounds and three steals to lead Rochester Hills Christian, which was upset by Davison Faith in last year’s MACS State semifinals.

Kindra Armitage added eight points and three steals, Jenna Porter had six points and 10 rebounds and Ashley Parker collected five points and nine rebounds for the Eagles.

Shelby Smith had 20 points for Davison Faith Baptist (8-7).
