COLLEGE BASKETBALL: Glover, Bachrouche, Robak to all depart Oakland women’s basketball program
ROCHESTER HILLS — Oakland University head women’s basketball coach Beckie Francis announced on Thursday that Malika Glover, Jenna Bachrouche and Lauren Robak have each decided to leave the Golden Grizzlies women’s basketball team.
“Malika, Jenna and Lauren have each made the decision to pursue other opportunities,” Francis said. “They are all good people and we wish them the best of luck.
Glover comes from Pontiac, Bachrouche from North Farmington and Robak from Waterford Our Lady of the Lakes. Robak was a 2011 Associated Press All-State First Team player and at the time helped her high school to back-to-back Class D state championships.
Glover played in 56 games and averaged 4.7 points and 2.1 rebounds per contest. Bachrouche saw action in 26 games and averaged 1.2 points and 1.0 rebound per game. Robak did not play during the 2011-12 season, taking a medical redshirt.
