BOYS LACROSSE ROUNDUP: Clarkston splits with Ohio foes

PINKERINGTON, Ohio — Clarkston crossed the border to Ohio Saturday and came away with a 1-1 record in boys lacrosse action.

The Wolves defeated Pinkerington, 9-8, before falling to Liberty-Olentangy, 11-4.

Against Pinkerington (1-3), Kevin Horton and Jordan Kincaid both scored three goals.

Sam Moore added two goals and Kevin O’Grady had a single goal for Clarkston (2-1-0). O’Grady also notched two assists.

Against Liberty-Olentangy (3-3), Travis Craft, Jordan Kincaid, Brad Leuenhagen and Kevin O’Grady (one assist) all scored for Clarkston.

Evan Kneisel led the defense with four takeaways and three ground balls while Preston Haven had four ground balls for the Wolves.
