BOYS LACROSSE: Clarkston doubles up Petoskey

CLARKSTON — Behind a 12-goal outburst, Clarkston doubled up Petoskey Saturday, 12-6, in a non-conference boys lacrosse match.

The state-ranked Wolves scored three goals in the first period, added four in the third and capped the game with five more tallies in the fourth quarter.

Petoskey (7-3-0) scored three times in the opening frame and added a goal in the third and two more goals in the fourth.

Connor Ward paced Clarkston with five goals. Kyle O’Grady added three goals and two assists, Jordan Moore followed with two goals and two assists, Reid Kamanski scored once with two helpers and Andrew Williamson picked up a goal and two assists for Clarkston (12-1-0).lacrosse - stick & ball
