GIRLS BASKETBALL: NDP rolls over Ladywood

LIVONIA — Pontiac Notre Dame Prep built leads of 12-8 after the first quarter and 22-16 at the half Friday and never let up in downing Livonia Ladywood in a CHSL crossover girls basketball clash.

Then Fighting Irish blew the game open with a 17-4 run in the third quarter, good for a 39-20 advantage.

Megan Kraus scored 11, Jessica Green added eight points and Sarah LewAllen had seven points for NDP (3-2).

Erika Selakowski led Ladywood with six points.
