BOYS LACROSSE: Ward’s nine goals leads Clarkston past Holland Christian

CLARKSTON — Connor Ward is one of Michigan’s top lacrosse players. He gave a lesson to Holland Christian on Saturday.

Ward score nine goals, believed to be a single-game school record, and added tow assists for good measure in leading the Wolves to a 21-8 victory over Holland Christian.

Andrew Williamson and Reid Kaminski added three goals and one assist each, Connor Dziewit added two goals and five assists, while Austin Eglker, Cole Phillips and Scott Fisher tallied single goals for Clarkston.

Scott Kalkman scored four goals and Jared Nykamp added three more goals for Holland Christian.lacrosse - challenge
