The site is very simple to navigate to your favorite coaching sessions and to find new activities for your players. Each activity on the site is presented with a video example, a detailed description of how to run it as well as the key coaching points and progressions. It even allows you to download the session to include in your own collection; which is a a fantastic resource to help build your own session plan collection.
