Adams chips past Stoney Creek
ROCHESTER HILLS — Led by five golfers in the 30s, Rochester Adams upended Rochester Stoney Creek 152-166 in an OAA Red Division boys golf match Monday at Oakland University’s Katke Cousins.
Ben Van Orman and Eric Busa both shots rounds of 37 to pace Adams (3-0, 3-0). Jamie Stanton, Marcus Robinson and Drew White all carded 39s for the Highlanders.
MichaelDoyle shot a 40 to lead Stoney Creek. Robby Szymanski followed with a 41, Michael Linihan a 42 and Ryan Jackson a 43 for the Cougars (2-1, 2-1).
