RELAY FOR LIFE
The Relay For Life Charity Basketball Game is on deck and has been switched to an indoor 3-on-3 basketball tournament for the first time.
The event will take place on Saturday, March 23, at Troy High School from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. There will be four divisions, Boys and Girls, Grades 4-6, Grades 7-9, Grades 10-12 and Adult. This is open to all area school districts with 100 team cap. There is also a 3-point shooting contest.
T-shirts will be given to every participant and the event is a double-elimination tournament, so each team is guaranteed at least two games. Trophies will also be given to each division winner as well as each division winner in the 3-point shooting contest.
Cost is $25 per person unless you plan on entering the 3-point shooting contest. Individuals entering just the 3-point shooting contest willpay the $5 registration fee on the spot and they can shoot as many times as they want.
