FOOTBALL: Zorn passes for 380 yards in Holly’s 43-13 win over Kearsley
FLINT — Holly won for the third time in five starts and dominated winless Flint Kearsley in all phases Friday night in a 43-13 Flint Metro League triumph.
Jake Horn finished 24-for- 34 passing for a career-high 380 yards and three touchdown passes for Holly (3-2, 3-2).
Adam Tooley had five catches for 88 yards and two touchdown receptions for Holly. Andrew Scott also caught five passes for 89 yards and one score, while Javon Barr caught three passes, including one for a touchdown. Zorn and Avery Bishop also added touchdown runs for the Bronchos.
Tom O’Conner had 12 tackles, while Scott and Kyle Pepper notched nine tackles apiece. Scott also had an interception and a sack, while Tre Flores added four tackles and two sacks for Holly.
Matt Wiene had 18 rushes for 134 yards and one touchdown, while Ben Clime caught a TD pass from Wiene for Kearsley (0-5, 0-5).
