BOYS BASKETBALL: Troy routs Bishop Foley; WOLL edges Cranbrook

TROY — Troy took the lead after the first quarter Monday and never lifted the foot off the pedal in a 60-36 thrashing of Madison Heights Bishop Foley.

The Colts led 13-8 after eight minutes of play and 25-16 advantage at the half. Troy (6-3) continued to pull away from the Ventures (2-6) in the third quarter with a 20-14 run to push the lead to 45-30 before closing with a 15-6 run.

Chris Dorsey fired in a game-high 20 points to lead Troy. Danny Wunderlich added 16 points and Austin Perry twined 10 points for the Colts.

Nick Pepin scored 12 and Antonio Capaldi added eight points for Bishop Foley.

WATERFORD OUR LADY OF THE LAKES 51, BLOOMFIELD HILLS CRANBROOK  KINGSWOOD 49: Nick Robak drained a trio of three-pointers and finished with 22 points in leading the Lakers to the CHSL-Intersectional Division win.

Adam Kline added eight points and Andrew Kline chipped in with seven points for the Lakers (8-4, 4-0).

Zach Lebeda scored 21 for Cranbrook, while Alex Roed added 15 points.
