BOYS SOCCER ROUNDUP: Falcons end skid by downing Crestwood

ROCHESTER HILLS — Rochester ending a 0-5-1 skid and scored a season-high of goals in downing Dearborn Heights Crestwood, 5-1, Saturday in a non-league boys soccer game.

Rochester, which was outscored 23-5 in its winless streak, scored three times in the first half and tacked on two more goals in the second half.

Sophomore Evan Asuncion led the Falcons’ attack recording his first hat trick of the season.  Sophomore Thomas Forde and freshman Tyler Schedlbauer each added goals for Rochester (3-7-5).

Junior Matt Hawes and senior Craig Renney combined for the win in goal for Rochester.
