MONDAY’S PREP ROUNDUP: Auburn Hills Christian blasts Landmark; Lakes, Notre Dame Prep roll
PORT HURON — Behind a game-high 27 points from Geoffrey Wickson, Auburn Hills Christian rolled host Kimball Landmark Academy, 56-32, in Inner State Athletic Conference boys basketball play.
Taylor Barton recorded a triple-double, scoring 15 points to go with 13 assists, 10 rebounds and seven steals for the Cougars (7-6, 4-3).
GIRLS BASKETBALL
WATERFORD OUR LADY OF THE LAKES 52, BLOOMFIELD HILLS CRANBROOK KINGSWOOD 33: The visiting Lakers won for the 12th time in 13 starts Monday with this lopsided win over Crabrook Kingswood.
WOLL led 27-18 at the half and used a 19-6 third quarter run to burry the Cranes.
Carlee Cottrel led three Lakers in double figures with 16 points. Tori Duffey added 15 points and Ava Doetsch scored 12 for WOLL, which hit seven three pointers in the contest and finished 8-for-9 from the foul line.
Madi Heimerdinger and Tiarra Binder both scored 10 for Cranbrook Kingswood (7-6).
PONTIAC NOTRE DAME PREP 58, MACOMB LUTHERAN NORTH 44: A total of 10 players reached the scoring column and Notre Dame Prep rolled past the Mustangs in CHSL play Monday.
Kiaya Bowman scored 14, Sarah Lewallen added nine points and Lexie Cipa and Ellen Gren both scored six for the Fighting Irish (9-8).
Danielle Schomaker scored 14 for Lutheran North (7-7)
