Troy, Adams battle to 1-1 draw; Oxford ties Farmington
TROY — Troy tallied in the first half and Rochester Adams tied the game in the second half in an OAA Red Division girls soccer game featuring state powerhouse teams.
Freshman Phylisha Drayton scored off a cross from Madison Hirsch for Troy (1-0-1, 1-0-1).
Merlin Beckwith tied the game for Adams off an assist from Allison Reed (1-0-2, 1-0-1).
Allison Holland starred in goal for Troy, while Jessica Wineke played in goal for Adams.
OXFORD 0, FARMINGTON 0: These two battled to the scoreless draw in Farmington Tuesday in OAA White Division play. Sarah Stroope made10 saves for Oxford (1-0-2, 1-0-2). Kaitlin Smith made 15 stops for Farmington (0-0-2, 0-0-2).
