TROY — North Farmington won’t win the OAA Red Division girls soccer title this spring. The Raiders may just have a say in who wins it.

North Farmington sprung a huge upset Monday on the road, topping No. 2-ranked Troy 1-0 in a OAA Red Division contest.

It marked the first loss of the season for Troy (7-1-2, 4-1-2).

Jessie Trimmer scored the lone goal for North Farmington, while Amanda Johnson madd10 saves for the shutout. The Raiders only had one shot on frame the whole evening and it resulted in the game-winner.

Alison Holland suffered the loss in goal for Troy despite her defense yielding only the one shot in 80 minutes of play.

LAKE ORION 1, DEARBORN HEIGHTS CRESTWOOD 1: Maddie Hutchinson scored for Lake Orion in Monday’s non-league affair, but the Dragons couldn’t not net the go-ahead goal despite peppering the Crestwood goal with shots the entire second half.
