BOYS BASKETBALL ROUNDUP: Rochester Hills, Stoney Creek roll to convincing wins; Adams’ Littleson records triple-double

AUBURN HILLS — Rochester Hills remained unbeaten on the year with a 57-38 victory Tuesday over host Auburn Hills Christian in FBAC crossover play.

Ryan Patton totaled 19 points, 18 rebounds and five steals to pace the Eagels (8-0). Jerem Byers added 13 points and seven rebounds and Noah Bossnier contributed nine points and eight rebounds for Rochester Hills Christian.

ROCHESTER STONEY CREEK 78, ROYAL OAK 41: Visiting Stoney Creek came out of the holiday break to post this lopsided road win Tuesday. Ben Reiter scored 18 points to pace the Cougars. Jon Paul Sinacola added 15 points and Spencer Hollomon provided 11 points and eight rebounds for Stoney Creek (6-0).

ROCHESTER ADAMS 66, STERLING HEIGHTS STEVENSON 61: Spencer Littleson was a one-man wrecking crew Tuesday, notching a triple-double with 24 points, 12 assists and 11 rebounds in leading the Highlanders to the non-league win. Basketball - tip

BLOOMFIELD HILLS 60, OXFORD 50: Jordan Jaden scored a career-high 30 points in a losing cause for Oxford. Stone Rhodes scored 11 for Bloomfield Hills.
